The School

If we consider the resources that teachers should have available, we can consider those necessary to develop practical work of excellence.

Always at the forefront of teaching in Portugal, St. Peter’s International School has two excellently equipped laboratories on its premises.

In these facilities, laboratory activities are carried out, with the use of specific, more or less conventional materials, with the necessary special conditions being taken into account, namely safety.

The work involves the control and manipulation of variables and is therefore called experimental work. From simple experiments, such as the observation of cells under the microscope, to more complex investigations, involving the use of reagents or biological samples, our students will be able to experience countless innovative activities, which allow them to observe in vivo concepts taught in class, develop their critical and analytical spirit, formulate hypotheses and test them in a practical way.
