St. Peter's International School's Psychology Department provides support and guidance to students and their families, seeking to promote the integral development of the student as a person, working his or her 'biopsychosocial' balance, which is regarded as being the psychological growth that depends on the interaction with the environment that surrounds him or her. Its mission is to offer specialized pedagogical intervention, tailored to the specific needs of each student and family.
While based on a solid theoretical framework, the Psychology Department is made up of an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified and experienced professionals. It acts upon the relationships established in the school context, while its main focus is the school and the various systems that are part of it, bearing in mind that any student can have issues that require more specific attention and various educational resources throughout his or her education.
