Yoga Academy

Students: 3 years old and above

Yoga is a concept associated with meditative practices. For children, this activity has benefits such as increased body awareness and respect for their limits, strengthening of muscles and bones, increased spirit and willpower, develops coordination, helps to maintain concentration, teaches you to calm your thoughts, increase self-esteem and self-confidence, control emotions, decrease anxiety and stress, develop creativity and imagination and teaches the art of co-existing.

Yoga classes, through playful exercises, promote beneficial changes in body’s posture.

Os exercícios apresentados em cada sessão garantem o respeito pelo desenvolvimento físico e psicológico da criança, nas suas diferentes fases maturacionais.
Quanto mais cedo a criança se relacionar com o Yoga, mais preparada estará para conhecer o seu corpo e a sua mente.
