Rugby Academy

Students: 5 years old and above

From the moment children start to practise sports, whether in classes or in teams, they immediately start developing important skills: cognitive skills, respecting their health, increasing self-esteem, working emotional balance (willpower, self-control, self-confidence), recognizing others as equals and knowing how to share, working in groups, developing autonomy and stimulating creativity. In addition to the skills mentioned above, others will also be acquired, such as: pass and reception, defence and attack techniques and the ethics of the game will be worked on, namely advancing and backup.
